Responsibilities

• Contribute to various construction tasks, from demolition to finish work.
• Follow health and safety guidelines strictly.
• Help with the assembly and installation of building components.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness around the worksite.
• Listen carefully and act upon instructions from site management.
• Participate in routine inspections and quality checks.
• Assist in sorting and storing materials properly.
• Keep tools and equipment organized and accessible.
• Engage in team discussions on workflow improvements.
• Be proactive in identifying issues and suggesting solutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in construction safety preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a construction environment

Technical Skills

• Equipment operation
• Knowledge of building codes

Languages
