Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Manager at Innovative Builders Ltd., you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to execution. We are looking for a detail-oriented leader who can ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction activities based on project timelines.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to assess project needs.
• Evaluate contractor performance and manage relationships.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
• Report project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Train and mentor junior staff and interns when applicable.
• Review and approve project invoices and costs.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supervising construction projects
