We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve coordinating teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project timelines effectively. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in managing construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure project design adheres to local regulations.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure all staff are compliant.
• Monitor construction progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Manage subcontractors and enforce contract compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and resolve their queries.
• Conduct risk management assessments and apply mitigation measures.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible.
• Prepare progress reports for senior management.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management
