Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Tourism or Hospitality qualifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Johannesburg's history and attractions

Soft Skills

• Customer service excellence

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• First Aid Certification: Certification in First Aid is an asset for the safety of all participants.
