Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Can Capper to join our manufacturing team. Your primary responsibility will be to operate can capping machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently while producing high-quality seals that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of multiple can capping machines to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Implement adjustments to improve machine performance and product quality.
• Document production activities and report on machine performance.
• Oversee cleaning processes of machines post-production.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist in repairs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and safety updates.
• Support other roles in the manufacturing team as needed.
• Embrace a proactive approach to safety and environmental practices.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• Prior experience in operating can capping machines or working in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
