We are on the lookout for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our growing team in East London. This role involves providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring that their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various IT issues and a passion for problem-solving, helping to maintain our reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage ticketing systems for IT support requests.
  • Support hardware upgrades and installations.
  • Assist in cybersecurity efforts, including routine checks.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
  • Provide feedback for improving support processes and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
