As a Brusher, you will provide professional brushing services that enhance clients’ appearance while ensuring their personal hygiene. Your expertise in brushing techniques and knowledge of various hair products is crucial in delivering outstanding client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand needs and preferences.
• Showcase expert brushing techniques for various hair types.
• Educate clients on proper hair care and product usage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Promote salon services and products to enhance client experience.
• Facilitate a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the salon.
• Document and report any equipment malfunctions to the management.
• Assist in inventory management of hair care products.
• Engage actively in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in hairdressing or beauty therapy
• Diploma in aesthetics is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in a grooming or salon setting.
