Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Experience Strategist to develop and execute strategies that enhance user experience and drive business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research, design thinking, and data analysis, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research initiatives to gather insights on user needs.
• Work with product teams to ensure alignment with user experience goals.
• Draft and refine user personas and journey maps based on research findings.
• Test user interfaces and iterate designs based on real user interactions.
• Utilize data analytics tools to assess user engagement and experience.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Foster a user-centric culture within the organization.
• Provide expertise on the latest design methodologies and tools.
• Engage in regular feedback sessions to refine strategies and approaches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of successful experience in experience design or strategic roles.
