Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers are satisfied and successfully utilizing our products and services. You will be their advocate, guiding them through implementations and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build brand awareness and drive website traffic through social media channels.
  • Create monthly performance reports to present to the marketing team.
  • Assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Liaise with influencers and partners for co-marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and messaging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
