Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chalk Molding Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the chalk molding machine, ensuring efficient production of high-quality chalk products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate chalk molding machines according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor machine operations to detect any malfunctions and maintain optimal running conditions.
• Inspect finished chalk products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Document production data accurately and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Work closely with quality control technicians to maintain product quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of raw materials for production.
• Engage in regular communication with team members to improve workflow processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during operations.
• Facilitate communication between different departments for improved operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience

• Experience in a chalk production facility is highly advantageous.
