Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data to create meaningful reports.
• Assist in developing budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against plan and provide variance analysis.

• Participate in financial audits and compliance efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis role

Certifications

• CFA Level 1 or equivalent
