Job Description

As an HR Manager in our vibrant Cape Town office, you will lead our HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and promoting a positive workplace culture. You will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and contribute to the development of HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding of new employees and orientation programs.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Develop succession planning strategies to retain top talent.
  • Advise and support management in employee development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR is preferred

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
