Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic HR Manager who possesses a robust understanding of HR practices and legislation. You will lead HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, and align HR strategies with business goals. Ideal candidates should be passionate about working with people and have experience in managing HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee HR metrics to measure performance.
  • Advise on workforce planning and employee development strategies.
  • Organize team-building activities to foster collaboration.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR initiatives with staff.
  • Resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop succession plans for key roles within the organization.
  • Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives across the company.
  • Enhance employee engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in HR management is preferred
