Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager who will lead our client management efforts. You will take charge of creating effective account strategies and ensure client needs are met. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a keen sense of business acumen to identify growth opportunities within accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day account operations and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
  • Conduct client workshops and training sessions to enhance product understanding.
  • Monitor account health and address issues proactively.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling of services as appropriate.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for clients regarding strategies and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business or related preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in account management with a proven track record
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Team Collaboration
Languages
  • English: Fluent
