Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Johannesburg team. This individual will work closely with clients to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes using our products, fostering lasting relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management
