Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in design and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new mechanical systems and improving existing designs, ensuring efficiency and sustainability in all projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and products.
• Analyze and optimize current manufacturing processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure effective communication between engineering and production teams.
• Assist in teaching engineering principles to interns and apprentices.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Contribute to R&D efforts for new product development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Mechanical Systems Design

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
