Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic development of our online platforms. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence whilst enhancing customer satisfaction in the fast-paced e-commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and create actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive sales and traffic to the online store.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Conduct regular audits of operational processes and implement improvements.
  • Ensure effective communication between teams for operational coordination.
  • Assist with budget management and cost control measures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations
