Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors and liaise with them.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly management reports and analysis.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Analysis Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Financial Reporting

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• ACCA or similar

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
