Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' situations, identifying barriers to success.
• Deliver counseling and support to individuals and families.
• Create and facilitate community outreach programs to increase awareness of available resources.
• Record and track client progress, making necessary adjustments to plans.
• Assist in crisis intervention and provide immediate support when needed.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for comprehensive client care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a social work role or related area
