Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of construction operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead team meetings and project briefings to ensure clarity of tasks.
  • Evaluate the performance of subcontractors and provide feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols on-site.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects
