Job Description

As a Hoist and Winch Operator, you will be vital in ensuring the safe and efficient installation, maintenance, and dismantling of rigging equipment on construction sites. Your role will include operating hoists and cranes while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle and set up rigging gear while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and log equipment status.
• Work closely with site managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the training of new staff on rigging safety and operations.
• Document all inspections and equipment conditions.
• Ensure all safety gear is used correctly by all personnel on-site.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in rigging and safety procedures are advantageous.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
