Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and enhance guest experiences at our vibrant Cape Town location. The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated employees, ensuring top-quality service and food quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of servers, kitchen staff, and auxiliary personnel.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff schedules to meet restaurant demands.
  • Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant premises.
  • Implement promotions and events to boost restaurant visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all levels.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; certification in hospitality is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
