Job Description

As an Internal Auditor, you'll play a pivotal role in evaluating our financial processes and controls. Your keen analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with various departments to perform audits, document findings, and recommend improvements, helping to enhance the organization’s overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits from planning to execution to final reporting.
• Evaluate financial statements for compliance with applicable laws.
• Facilitate internal audit meetings and discussions on findings.
• Support the external audit process as needed.
• Monitor regulatory updates and evaluate their impact on the organization.
• Foster a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in auditing with a strong focus on internal controls
