Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient health outcomes related to medication use.
• Facilitate health promotion and disease prevention activities.
• Guide the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Support research projects related to pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure accurate medication dispensing and record-keeping.
• Lead patient education seminars on medication compliance.

• Ability to conduct medication therapy management clinics: Experience in running clinics focused on optimizing patient medication regimens.
