• Analyze project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support production with engineering solutions to improve efficiency.
• Research and implement new technologies relevant to mechanical engineering.
• Prepare presentations and updates for project stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Prototyping
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
