Responsibilities

• Direct architectural projects from conception to execution.
• Manage client relations and expectations.
• Prepare and submit necessary project documentation.
• Coordinate with city officials for zoning and permits.
• Produce visualizations and presentations to convey concepts.
• Schedule and conduct regular project meetings.
• Manage and mentor junior architects and interns.
• Establish timelines for project milestones.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate project outcomes and gather feedback for future improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture
