Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Cape Town property. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hotel management, promoting a seamless and memorable guest experience while managing staff and resources efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest services to enhance the overall experience.
  • Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and employee welfare.
  • Engage with guests to gather insights and build relationships.
  • Ensure all front and back-office operations are smooth and efficient.
  • Implement and oversee staff training programs focused on customer service.
  • Manage budgets and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Evaluate market trends and adjust services accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
Experience
  • 5-7 years of management experience in a hotel environment
