Responsibilities

• Coordinate the talent acquisition process and enhance sourcing strategies.
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Maintain and update HR databases and records.
• Facilitate employee training programs and workshops.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Administer performance appraisal systems and feedback processes.
• Provide support in organizational development initiatives.
• Prepare monthly HR metrics and analysis for management.
• Encourage and promote diversity and inclusion practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g. CHRP, SHRM) are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in human resources or related field
