Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Event Planner to join our vibrant team in Port Elizabeth. This role involves coordinating all aspects of events, from conception to execution. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage every detail of events, from initial concept to final execution.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
• Track event metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
• Work with marketing to promote events through various channels.
• Prepare event reports and analyses.
• Assist clients on-site during events to ensure all needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to bring innovative ideas to events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in event planning or hospitality management

Certifications
