Job Description

We are currently seeking an Online Training Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing online training programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of e-learning platforms and instructional design principles, focusing on delivering high-quality training that meets the diverse needs of our learners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a library of training resources and toolkits.
• Engage with learners to provide feedback and address challenges.
• Work closely with IT to troubleshoot any technical issues during training sessions.
• Enhance learner engagement through innovative digital practices.
• Report on training outcomes and suggest strategic improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, E-Learning, or similar
• Postgraduate qualification in Education or related areas is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in online training or educational technology

Technical Skills

• Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Graphic Design Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• E-Learning Instructional Designer Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
