The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for creating clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation that meets user needs. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand document requirements and maintain project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Master barista skills for crafting coffee drinks.
• Engage customers with a friendly demeanor and suggestive selling.
• Regularly clean and maintain coffee equipment.
• Participate in promotional events and special offers.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies.
• Promote a team-focused work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Barista Certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Barista

Technical Skills

• Latte Art
• Food Safety Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Advanced coffee knowledge: In-depth understanding of coffee origins and brewing methods.
• Sales experience: Previous experience in retail or café sales is a plus.
