Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience. Your leadership will be instrumental in training staff, managing operations, and implementing service excellence standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
  • Develop operating procedures and ensure team adherence.
  • Perform regular staff evaluations to recognize achievements and address areas for improvement.
  • Manage inventory and oversee supply chain operations.
  • Create and promote special packages and events to attract guests.
  • Plan and organize staff schedules for optimal operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
