Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations and service delivery standards.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage guest reservations and ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel premises to uphold cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy rates, staff performance, and guest feedback.
  • Develop promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement.
  • Coordinate events and activities that enhance guest experience and hotel reputation.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers to ensure quality products and services.
  • Evaluate financial performance and propose budget adjustments as necessary.
  • Enhance customer experience through innovative service offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality
