Job Description

A Broiler Cook is essential in our kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of broiled meats and dishes according to established recipes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a bustling environment and possess a strong understanding of cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook broiled dishes with attention to detail.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain menu consistency.
  • Organize and delegate tasks to junior cooks as necessary.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the kitchen.
  • Create a positive and efficient working environment for the kitchen team.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary Arts Degree is an advantage
Experience
  • Previous experience in high-volume restaurants is desirable
