Job Description

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing our online retail strategies. You will work closely with our marketing team to optimize sales channels and enhance user experience. We seek an innovative individual who can analyze data trends and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute e-commerce projects to enhance operational performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor user behavior and purchasing patterns.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure effective product promotion and distribution.
  • Enhance website usability through A/B testing and customer feedback.
  • Formulate pricing strategies based on market research and analysis.
  • Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Organize and oversee promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Develop training materials for staff on e-commerce tools and practices.
  • Stay updated with latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
  • Facilitate customer feedback sessions to improve services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management or similar role
