The Chancellor will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our university. This position requires a strong leader who can facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders, drive institutional performance, and promote innovative research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and provide vision for the institution's future.
• Ensure effective governance and manage administrative functions.
• Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, including local communities and educational organizations.
• Advocate for the institution's mission and values both internally and externally.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the university.
• Encourage and support collaborative partnerships with other institutions.
• Oversee research initiatives and promote the institution as a leading research hub.
• Manage crisis situations and devise strategic responses.
• Coordinate with the Board of Trustees regarding institutional strategy.
• Engage with media and represent the institution in public forums.

Requirements

Education

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Education or a related field

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in higher education administration, with significant leadership experience.
