Job Description

Seeking a passionate HR Generalist to manage various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role will involve collaborating with departments to enhance HR processes and support our employees at every stage of their career.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment efforts for various positions within the company.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and training sessions.
  • Manage employee relations activities to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Evaluate and support performance appraisal processes.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for compliance.
  • Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  • Support HR policy development and implementation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Master's degree or additional HR certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
