Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, while driving a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Enhance employee engagement through programs and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure adherence to company culture and values in HR practices.
• Conduct employee orientation and integration activities.
• Provide HR support to managers and staff on employee issues.
• Utilize HR metrics to assess and improve HR processes.
• Manage benefit programs and resolve employee inquiries.
• Create and maintain HR reports for management.
• Organize team-building activities and employee recognition events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
• Honours degree in HR is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations
