We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure a cohesive design approach. Your design decisions should be based on user needs and insights, and your goal will be to craft intuitive interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop project specifications for civil engineering works.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Review and analyze project risks to develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in civil engineering.
• Mentor and train junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in civil engineering projects

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
