Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient check-ups and follow-up treatments.
• Manage dental emergencies with appropriate care.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene practices.
• Generate patient reports detailing findings and treatments.
• Participate in continuous training and skill enhancement.
• Enhance office protocols for better patient flow.
• Build strong relationships with patients to foster trust and loyalty.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Additional qualification in Oral Health is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a private practice setting

Technical Skills

• Endodontics
• Prosthodontics

• Teamwork

Certifications

• Anaesthesia Certification
• Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• isiZulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of digital dentistry: Familiarity with CAD/CAM systems and digital imaging tools.
• Experience with orthodontics: Experience in providing orthodontic treatment options to patients.
