Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Property Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales and fostering relationships with clients, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the property market.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Develop marketing materials and advertising strategies for properties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings and sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely communication and service.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and leads.
  • Provide clients with insights into current market conditions.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric qualification required
  • Higher education in Sales or Property Management is advantageous
