We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage resources, timelines, and client communications while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management protocols and provide training to project teams.
• Review project designs and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance.
• Assist in preparing bids and requests for proposals.
• Engage with regulatory agencies and ensure that the project complies with all regulations.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and open communication.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and manage documentation.
• Evaluate contractor performance and provide feedback to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

• 7+ years of experience in leading construction projects
