Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving HR initiatives, from recruitment to employee relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong people skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding of new employees.
  • Implement and review HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Facilitate employee training and development programs.
  • Assist in managing employee performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances in a timely manner.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Engage in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or related field
