Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support our HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This role requires a motivated individual who can handle multiple responsibilities, ensuring a positive employee experience and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and training programs.
• Assist in managing employee performance management systems.
• Resolve employee grievances and enhance workplace culture.
• Ensure HR operations comply with local laws and company policies.
• Keep track of HR metrics and reporting trends.
• Provide guidance on employee development and career planning.
• Promote positive employee engagement and recognition programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of HR generalist experience

Technical Skills

• HR Software Proficiency

Certifications

• SHRM-CP or equivalent certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
