Responsibilities

Compile regular HR metrics for management review.
Advise management on employee welfare and morale.
Assist with training needs assessment for employees.
Evaluate HR policies for effectiveness and compliance.
Serve as a consultant for HR-related decisions.
Requirements
Education
Relevant HR certifications (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous
Experience
Proven track record in HR roles within a corporate environment.
