Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support our educators in delivering quality education to our students in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will assist in classroom management, facilitate student activities, and provide one-on-one support to learners, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
• Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons.
• Assist in maintaining an organized and stimulating learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress.
• Help prepare students for exams and assessments.
• Coordinate with parents to address student needs.
• Assist in planning educational outings and field trips.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Education
• Bachelor's degree in Education is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years in a similar educational role

• Curriculum development

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Fluent
