Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Keep customers informed about new products and services.
  • Review customer feedback and implement improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field
  • Diploma in Customer Service is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service
