Account Manager

Job Description

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring delivery excellence. You’ll collaborate with various teams to guarantee that projects meet our clients’ goals while also identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust relationships with key client stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively, managing expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and strategize improvements with clients.
• Assist in contract negotiations and renewals to ensure mutual benefits for both parties.
• Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into service delivery.
• Mentor junior account staff to foster teamwork and skill development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
