We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team in Cape Town. This role focuses on enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving success through innovative engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new customers to ensure they have a successful start.
  • Evaluate customer success initiatives and script strategies to improve retention.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance product offerings.
  • Host quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and gather insights.
  • Assist in the development of customer success strategies aligned with company goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field
