Responsibilities

• Ensure proper dust and debris removal to maintain equipment performance.
• Actively participate in team meetings to improve processes and share insights.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting them to maintenance.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Support the implementation of new production techniques and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Prior experience in glost placing or a similar role would be advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Health and safety knowledge
• Basic machinery maintenance

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Flexibility

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work on weekends: Willingness to work overtime or weekends to meet production demands.
• Health and safety certifications: Certification in health and safety regulations would be a plus.
